Patrick Crowley was born in Minnesota. He graduated from high school in 1996. Left for MCRD San Diego in Jan 2004. While serving in the Marine Corps, he deployed three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was honorably discharged in 2009 and moved to the northern Virginia area.

He has worked as a contractor for different companies in the area, both large and small. He also graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in business management. In 2021, he completed a postgraduate certificate in DEVOPS from the California Institute of Technology. He currently holds several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, and several other information technology certifications.

Patrick Crowley currently works for Northrop Grumman and resides in Haymarket with his wife and two children.
