Matt Wilkerson
Adjutant - Navy

Matt was born in Northeast Arkansas and later moved to Western Ohio, where he graduated from high school before enlisting in the Navy. During the first Gulf War, Matt served aboard the USS Detroit (AOE-4) and later transitioned to the U.S. Navy Reserve, where he was assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 9.

Following his active-duty service, Matt became an Ohio State Trooper and Sergeant, working at various posts across Central and Western Ohio. He also served as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service in Dayton, Ohio, and Washington, DC. Currently, Matt is an Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the U.S. Department of Transportation, Office of Inspector General.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He currently resides in Bristow, VA, with his wife and children. His oldest son is a Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) veteran who served with the United States Air Force.
